Clearly communicate actions that can be taken within your Zendesk Help Center.

These can include: submitting a new request, creating a community post or contacting your company through one of your available contact methods.

Contact options

When used on the New Request page, the Email Us option can be used to present the form(s). Call and Live Chat can trigger phone and chat functionality, respectively.

For example, using the Web Widget JavaScript API, you can hide the Web Widget before page load:
